What Trainings are Recognized?

We’re happy to accept people from recognized training organizations (DONA, CAPPA, Doula Training Canada, etc). For those training in Toronto, please be sure to do your training with DONA trainer Stefanie for priority placement in the apprentice program.

We’re so happy to help all those looking for support on their doula journeys, but here are a few tips that might assist as you look to advance your career:

  • Our apprentice spots are for people with less than 5 births of experience
  • This program is for those who have already taken a training
  • Priority is given to people who have trained with our founder and DONA trainer Stefanie Antunes
  • There is no cost to you to be part of this program
  • Our experienced doula spots are for people with over 20 births of experience and who are certifed
